OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE All open source software available for free download on this website is licensed under either GPL licensing or Dual licensing which consists of both GPLv3 and BSD New (3-Clause License). A copy of the GPLv3 license can be found at http://gplv3.fsf.org A copy of the BSD New (3-Clause License) can be found at http://www.opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause. A copy of the GPLv3 and BSD New (3-Clause License) are also included with each open source software download.
Some of Booking Ultra Pro software is free and available on WordPress.org. That software available on WordPress.org is covered under GPL licensing. Pro versions of Booking Ultra Pro software may contain combinations of both our free, open source versions and our Pro modules. Pro versions may be covered by dual licensing as described above.
COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE All commercial software available for purchase on the Booking Ultra website includes an end user license agreement (EULA). Any questions regarding software licenses should be directed to https://pluginsarea.com/support/submit-a-request/
Once payment for any purchased commercial software has been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing information for you to be able to log into your account and register your website(s), obtain your site specific validation code and download Booking Ultra software. If you do not receive an email with your information within 24 hrs of purchase, please contact us.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of Booking Ultra products. All products are property of Booking Ultra Pro. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Booking Ultra Pro shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use Booking Ultra Pro products.
All Booking Ultra Pro site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on https://bookingultrapro.com or any sub-site of Booking Ultra Pro domain, is the property of Booking Ultra Pro. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Booking Ultra Pro or otherwise expressly authorized by our licensing.
Booking Ultra Pro offers software on an “as-is” basis, with no implied meaning that it will function exactly according to customer requirements, or that it will be compatible with all 3rd party software. Booking Ultra Pro offers no support of WordPress or other 3rd party software not developed by Booking Ultra Pro. Booking Ultra Pro provides support for open source software on a best effort basis, with no guarantee of response or issue resolution. Support for commercial software sold by Booking Ultra Pro is provided via private and public support forums and email for a term specified by the license plan of initial purchase. Continuation of support after the time specified by the license plan you chose when you purchased your license requires renewing your subscription of the desired software product and appropriate license.
Upgrades to commercial software products are made available to customers who have purchased a licensed version of Booking Ultra Pro products within the time frame specified by the license plan of initial purchase. A Single-Site License provides upgrades for a single domain and an Unlimited License provides upgrades for unlimited sites DIRECTLY OWNED by the customer who initiated the license purchase. Continuation of access to product upgrades after the time specified by the license plan you chose when you purchased your license requires re-purchase of the desired software product and appropriate license.
Booking Ultra Pro reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Booking Ultra Pro without prior notice. We do guarantee that the price of using Booking Ultra Pro products will not change for your specific plan between the time of your initial subscription and the renewal of that plan. And we guarantee that as long as your subscription does not laps, the renewal price will stay the same as your initial plan. Warranty
Booking Ultra Pro plugins for WordPress are guaranteed to function as advertised on a clean installation of WordPress. Booking Ultra Pro does not guarantee proper WordPress plugin functionality or integration with all 3rd party plugins, themes or web browsers. Booking Ultra Pro is not responsible for any WordPress plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is Booking Ultra Pro policy to provide the best possible support for Booking Ultra Pro software; support for 3rd party plugin conflicts or integration issues will be provided at the discretion of Booking Ultra Pro or as time allows. Booking Ultra Pro is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing any Booking Ultra Pro software.
